We loved staying at this hotel on the outskirts of the city. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The parking was ample and convenient. We were able to get transportation to the nearby flea market with great deals on dresses. The staff was very helpful in getting us transportation to a restaurant. Breakfast was absolutely amazing, and we were able to get whatever we wanted.

What a fantastic hotel experience! The rooms were extremely spacious and the pool was so relaxing and enjoyable. the location was perfect for us as it was easy to travel via taxi or bus to any nearby attraction. The hotel offered a wide variety of fresh fruits and eggs, and the coffee was endless! the owners were very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay.

There were some minor issues during our stay. The air conditioning system could have been improved, and we found the shower pressure to be low.

The hotel is conveniently located just outside of the city center, close to the main road and an affordable taxi ride to Merida's central bus station. the location is safe to walk at night with friendly locals and there is a market just outside of town. the rooms are spacious with comfortable mattresses, clean bathrooms, and great service. Breakfast is delicious, and the pool is a nice addition for a quick dip on hot days.

The hotel lacks any outdoor gardens or green areas to enjoy.
